"That Green Bean/Potato/Sausage Stuff"
Fry up about a 1/2 cup chopped onions and a few cloves chopped garlic. Add your favorite kielbasa/smoked sausage, sliced. While this is cooking, clean a bunch of green beans (about a half of a produce bag of fresh beans), and slice them. After the onion/sausage mix has cooked for about 10 minutes, add the beans and about a cup of water, just to barely cover the beans. Cover and let simmer for about 10 minutes. Then add cubed potatoes. For this batch, they had some nice fresh yellow finns at Jay's, so that's what I used. Add seasoning salt to taste. Stir about every 4-5 minutes so that the potatoes get done evenly. Total time is about 40-45 minutes.
